Project Architect

• In-charge of over-all supervision, planning, coordination and schedule management of assigned project.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Performs onsite operations for the project assignment and oversees all involved tasks from construction.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of work based on the approved budget.
• Leads and coordinates with the Project Team, including third-party contractors in order to deliver project according to plan.
• Plans all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure project deadlines will be met
• Monitors and reports the status of the on-going project from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Architecture/ preferably licensed
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same field
