The Project Architect is responsible for conceptualizing and designing projects using 3D simulation software and renderings. This includes developing the necessary specifications and documentation up to the preliminary design stage, enabling the creation of a comprehensive project quote and a general project estimate for approval. The Project Architect is also responsible for executing projects related to modifications or implementations that directly impact BRP's building infrastructure, adhering to the corporate design and quality guidelines and standards.
Section II: Experience and Education
Relevant Professional Background
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction, or infrastructure modifications.
Section III: Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
- Advanced level AutoCAD.
- Intermediate/Advanced level Revit or previewing.
- Advanced level SketchUp.
