Project and Process Engineer

1) To assist plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.

2) To assist plan and conduct on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary On-the-job training shall conduct with commensurate to the level of education the employee.

3) Managing the operation processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.

4) To assist in managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

5) Data collecting, analysis and update the relevant record to ensure production quality, safety & environment standards are complied with.

6) Lead the APQP team and ensure that project schedule and product specifications meet or surpass customer's expectation.

7) Responsible for total program management, and development from ESI/DFM involvement, tooling development, tooling modification, first article submission, & reports sample preparation & submission. pre-production and approval.
