Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall planning and implementation of new property to be developed through a synchronized workflow and Gantt chart of activities to be done.
  • Lead the market research, demand study and plans, comprehensive competitive reports on: (1) product - house type and mix, (2) pricing - TCP and different financing schemes, (3) promotions of competition, and 4) regional/local market demand analysis.
  • Work closely with Engineer/Designer to ensure

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Business Development and Project Development from Real Estate at same capacity level.
  • Graduate of Business Course, preferably MBA.
