Project Analyst - nCino

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst / Associate Agile Coach with strong exposure to Agile delivery environments and hands‑on experience with nCino (Salesforce-based banking platform) . The role will support Agile project execution, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization across banking and financial services initiatives.

• Support end-to-end project delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
• Act as an Associate Agile Coach to promote Agile best practices across teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Track project metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business stakeholders
• Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of nCino solutions
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional documentation
