Overview
The Project Administrator provides comprehensive on-site administrative support by managing documentation, payroll, attendance tracking, and vendor coordination, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Also supports site operations through office setup, reporting, and general coordination of personnel and resources.
Responsibilities
- ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL OPERATIONS: Performs administrative duties for job sites ensuring all documentation regarding timesheets, equipment usage and personnel-related allowances are transferred and accounted for (daily/weekly). Learns, interprets, and applies organizational policies, rules, and regulations. Tracks, records, and reports attendance of all site personnel, board allowance, and vehicle allowance. Reconciles vendor summaries (aggregates, concrete, etc.) and provides daily/weekly reports for productivity tracking. Establishes accounts with local suppliers for site needs. Processes em...
