Job Description

RAYHAWK is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to support multiple teams across the organization. This is a temporary full-time position on a six-month term, with the possibility of extension.

This role is central to day-to-day execution—supporting project coordination, materials tracking, and administrative tasks to ensure projects move forward efficiently and teams remain aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

  • Track ordered parts and perform vendor follow-ups on deliveries
  • Receive shipments, match packing slips to purchase orders, and maintain traceability
  • Allocate parts to correct shelves, bins, and deployment kits
  • Verify completeness of parts ahead of builds and site deployments
  • Identify and communicate shortages or discrepancies early
