**Project Administrator**

**Overview**

The Project Administrator supports large-scale construction projects by managing documentation, tracking project changes, and coordinating information between the site and the corporate project team. This role is based on active construction sites and focuses heavily on accurate data entry, document control, and administrative support within a construction trailer environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Report daily to an assigned construction site and work primarily from a construction trailer
+ Partner with corporate project teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
+ Track and document project activities, including:
+ Progress updates
+ Change orders
+ Safety observations
+ Material inventory and damages
+ Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems with proper version control
+ Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook...
