Position Summary

The Project Administrator provides support and assistance to the Office and Operations. Responsibilities will include reviewing and forwarding payroll, working with JD Edwards, maintaining, and updating files and related systems, assist the office team with information management along with general administrative tasks.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties

· Performs day to day accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, job/labour/equipment cost coding. Liaises with operations and customers to resolve issues or questions.
