Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
The Project Administrator supports the Project and Finance teams by managing end-to-end project administration, cost control, and plant hire processes across construction projects. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of documentation, financial transactions, and reporting in line with company procedures, contracts, and monthly accounting timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage site dockets, purchase orders, invoices, and subcontract claims using Jobpac, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Payapps
Ensure accurate and timely processing of project costs, accruals, and revenue
Administer plant hire operations including docket reconciliation, invoicing, payroll data submission, and plant movement tracking
Process subcontract and head progress claims in compliance with the Security of Payments Act and contract requirements
Support month-end reporting, CWIP, journals, cost transfers, and forecasting activities
