The Opportunity
We are looking for a Project Administrator who wants to make a difference with a company that cares about its people. The Project Administrator will join the administrative team, provide support to project staff, and assist the Division Manager.
Responsibilities
- Format, proofread, and assemble technical letters, reports, and documents in accordance with Trace standards.
- Coordinate delivery of technical documents to clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Provide support to technical staff, including report writing, cost administration, client database entry, and general administrative duties.
- Support the Division Manager with office-related duties, as needed.
About You and Your Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience working in office environment. Work experience from a professional services or environmental consulting firm preferred.
