In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Customer Focus

    • Provide consistent and proactive support, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.

  • Implementation dedicated to achieving outcomes

    • Coordinate bookings and revenue recognition in a timely and accurate manner.

    Regularly supervise project progress and support ongoing project reviews to get results.

  • Effective Communication

    • Communicate clearly and constructively with cross-functional teams.

    Prepare and deliver reports and workbooks to the Projects Team and Finance to ensure visibility and informed decision-making.

    Activate critical issue paths when vital and support the creation and updating of workflows.

  • Collaboration and Partnership

    • Develop positive relationships with the Projects and Finance teams through regular collaboration and mutual support.
