We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Mirabel. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting contract and financial activities, directly contributing to the performance and success of our programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support contract administration and financial activities to contribute to program performance and delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support budget management, billing, and financial tracking.
- Prepare proformas, budgets, and support monthly financial reporting and updates.
- Manage billing processes, including credit notes and expense validation (e.G., travel expenses).
- Create, track, and maintain purchase orders.
