**Responsibilities**



+ Schedule and coordinate customer fulfillment requests for project.

+ Monitor project schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.

+ Serve as primary scheduling and operations point of contact for project and external stakeholders.

+ Develop and implement program and scheduling procedures and process improvements.

+ Establish and maintain all project documentation including all service protocols, records and reports according to the scope of work and SOPs.

+ Complying with data protection law, including responding promptly to queries

+ Conducts Monthly reconciliation

+ Develop and coordinate all information and communications for assigned project.

+ Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans.

+ Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and project reports.
