Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator to join our PNG Operations team for a 12-month duration. This role will see you working Monday to Friday, based in our Brisbane Head Office, with the occasional requirement for site visits to Papua New Guinea. Key Responsibilities include: Management of PNG REV visas and Work Permits Maintaining accurate data and documentation relating to all PNG visas Booking and coordination of employee travel Data entry from variety of information sources Procurement and invoicing Assist the project team with the generation and updating of internal and external reports Provision of administrative support to project team What you will bring:A minimum of 2+ years in a Project Administration function within the Engineering or Construction Industry Proficient user of MS Office Suite (including Excel) Demonstrable experience in travel booking and di...
