What is the Opportunity?
This position is with KPC Power Electrical Ltd., an Aecon Utilities company, located in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. The Project Administrator reports to the Division Manager and provides essential administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring accurate coordination of project documentation, billing processes, scheduling, and data management. This role is in‑person at the Ajax office.
What You'll Do Here
- Collect and organize timesheets weekly, track tasks and hours for billing and payroll.
- Populate backup billing spreadsheets and complete the month‑end billing spreadsheet.
- Assist with scheduling for Project Coordinators, Supervisors, and Project Managers, including managing the On‑Call Calendar and updating service changes.
- Create and maintain an organized database of historical project data.
- Manage new customer setup methodically and confidentially.
