In Pilgrim’s Europe, we are on a journey to provide cutting-edge HR technology that supports our teams.
We are looking for a Graduate to work on a three month temporary assignment providing administrative support to transfer training data from one LMS platform to a new LMS system.
The role will involve pdfing and uploading documents, working in the Nvolve LMS system and retrieving historical records, downloading and uploading ensuring data integrity, performing scheduled activities. Troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation of data transfer.
The skills required are;
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Sound skills in data handling, reporting, and testing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and challenge data sets
