Overview

  • Prepare meeting minutes, project progress reports and attend site meetings.
  • Ensure all required documents such as SOP manuals, ISO documents, safety, training and other documents are properly organized and controlled.
  • Organize and manage safekeeping of documents and records and maintain organized filing for effective data retrieval for the site store.
  • Responsible for managing project-related documents in the project filing system and maintaining project records, correspondences and preparing requested documents for internal team members and external parties when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team.
  • Coordinate between HQ and Site on administration/equipment documentation.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the superior and/or management.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Construction or equivalent.
