Job Description
- Prepare meeting minutes, project progress reports and attend site meetings.
- Ensure all the required documents such as SOP Manuals, ISO documents, Safety, Training and other such documents are properly organized and controlled.
- Organize and manage the safekeeping of documents, and records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieval for the site store.
- Responsible for managing project-related documents in the project filing system and maintaining project records, correspondences and preparing requested documents for internal team members and external parties when it is required.
- To provide administrative support to the project team.
- To coordinate between HQ and Site on administration/equipment's documentation.
- To perform any other duties as and when required by the superior and/or Management.
