Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or projects in administrative/ document controller role
  2. Familiarity with AutoCount software is a plus.
  3. Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and perform independently
  4. Possess basic knowledge of construction drawings
  5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  6. Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

  1. Monitoring project delivery schedules, project check list, issue D/O, D/O details to match with PO/Quotation items and price, checking stock level, follow up local and outstation delivery, communicate with clients and etc.
  2. Product knowledge (on the job training)
  3. Work closely with salesperson, project teams members and warehouse (Excellent communicator; able to understand instructions and communicate effectively)
