Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or projects in administrative/ document controller role
- Familiarity with AutoCount software is a plus.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and perform independently
- Possess basic knowledge of construction drawings
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Monitoring project delivery schedules, project check list, issue D/O, D/O details to match with PO/Quotation items and price, checking stock level, follow up local and outstation delivery, communicate with clients and etc.
- Product knowledge (on the job training)
- Work closely with salesperson, project teams members and warehouse (Excellent communicator; able to understand instructions and communicate effectively)
