Job Description

  • Manage and maintain project documentation (contracts, reports, drawings, correspondence)
  • Manage and prepare tender documentation
  • Organize filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and project-related documents
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow up on action items
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team
  • Update project records, progress reports, and data tracking
  • Assist in basic project financial administration (invoices, claims, DO, payments)
  • Support Project Manager and project team in daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure all documents are properly updated, stored, and accessible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
