Job Description
- Manage and maintain project documentation (contracts, reports, drawings, correspondence)
- Manage and prepare tender documentation
- Organize filing systems (physical & digital)
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and project-related documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow up on action items
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team
- Update project records, progress reports, and data tracking
- Assist in basic project financial administration (invoices, claims, DO, payments)
- Support Project Manager and project team in daily administrative tasks
- Ensure all documents are properly updated, stored, and accessible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
