Background Introduction:

As a Program Administrator within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, your role is to act as a strategic partner and operational point of contact between the client, suppliers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the MSP team.
• Understand client business needs, workforce planning, and program expectations.
