This role plays a critical part in daily field operations by managing project documentation, coordinating onboarding and compliance, and ensuring the accuracy of jobsite reporting and financial tracking.
The ideal candidate has hands-on administrative experience within construction or project-based environments and thrives working directly with field teams, project managers, and subcontractors in a dynamic jobsite setting.

Provide on-site administrative support to Project Managers and field leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day jobsite operations
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of field personnel, including badging, site access, safety documentation, drug screenings, and new hire orientation logistics in collaboration with HR and safety teams
