Job Description

The responsibilities associated with the position include:

  • Arrange travel requirements of the project execution team, including other employees of the organization with business travels to the project site—land transportation, hotel accommodation, and other travel requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate hotel reservation requirements of travelling team members, employees, guests, and other project stakeholders.
  • Maintain general filing system and file all correspondences, including document control function.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Manage the revolving fund of the project execution team.
  • Monitor messenger and janitorial services.
  • Facilitate and manage utility services for project site office such as reception, general cleaning, maintenance, and emergency ensuring compliance with DOLE workplace guidelines.
