Project Accounting Supervisor

The Segment Accounting Supervisor is responsible in preparation, analysis, and submission of accurate and timely financial reports for the assigned projects. They ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies, while supporting management through variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial insights.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting
Prepare the Project Scorecard of assigned projects on a monthly basis.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports of the segment.
Perform reconciliation during project close out and prepare reversal or adjusting entries as needed.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data submitted to the supervisor for consolidation.
Prepare supporting schedules and working papers for audits and internal reviews.
Analysis & Review
Perform variance analysis of actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year results.
