Project Accountant

Position Overview

Forum Asset Management is seeking a Project Accountant to support the accounting and financial operations of real estate development projects, reporting to the Controller – Development Accounting. Based in our Toronto office, this role will be a key member of the Development Accounting team and will contribute to supporting development execution and financial accuracy across our project portfolio. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining project budgets, cost codes, and job cost reports.
• Pick up and record job costs accurately within the accounting system (Yardi).
• Monitor project cost against approved budgets and commitments.
