Position at XL Industries Inc As a Project Accountant, you will support assigned project teams on all accounting‑related matters, serving as the primary point of contact between Accounting and Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial support for projects and for helping bridge day‑to‑day coordination between field teams and the accounting function. Clear, concise, and proactive communication with project teams is essential. Success in this role requires taking full ownership of all accounting aspects of your assigned projects, from project setup through closeout, including issue resolution and follow‑through.Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly project billings < $100 mm, as required.

Review all billings prepared by Project Administrator.

Schedule and lead billing kick-off meetings for new projects.
