Job Description

Since 2015, Ventia has partnered with Yarra Valley Water to deliver mechanical and electrical, civil maintenance and capital works services across its entire water and sewer network, including pump stations, tanks, reservoirs and treatment plants. This contract is the largest of its kind in Victoria.


Ventia are calling for a detail-driven Project Accountant to manage high-volume work order costing, invoicing, and reconciliation across SAP and client systems.

The is a Permanent Full time position offering a hybrid working model based out of our offices in Mitcham, Victoria.

Other Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain work orders in SAP and the client system as required.

  • Reconcile SAP and client system data to ensure accuracy and billing alignment.

  • Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contract terms and timelines.
