Join a dynamic team as a Project Accountant in downtown Vancouver. This role focuses on financial tracking and billing accuracy for environmental projects.
The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of project accounting experience, ideally in environmental consulting or engineering. You will maintain compliance, support billing processes, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial representations of project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage project billing and contract reviews
• Ensure accurate capture of all billable costs
• Track project costs including labor, materials, and change orders
• Upload invoices to client portals as needed
• Maintain project setups in NetSuite and Suite Projects Pro
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in project-based industries preferred
• Diploma or degree in accounting required
