Project Accountant

We are a multi-entity organization operating across construction management, concrete forming, and equipment rental. We’re looking for a driven, numbers-focused Project Accountant to support cost control, billing, receivables management, and financial reporting across our businesses with minimal supervision.

What you’ll be doing

Cost Control & Project Finance

• Monitor project costs against budget, flagging variances and tracking costs outside the original contract scope
• Maintain accurate cost-to-complete estimates and support change order documentation and pricing
• Monitor productivity against budget and schedules
• Track and reconcile equipment rental utilization and costs across projects
• Partner with project managers to review contract terms, milestones, and financial performance fluent in both numbers and project delivery
