Project Accountant

Primary Function

Reporting to the Finance Manager - West, the Project Accountant is responsible for analyzing business unit or project financial activities and results, and supervision as required of Finance Team members


Remuneration
 $80,000 to $95,000 depending upon experience


Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of sales agreements and contracts
  • Ensure jobs are properly set up, maintained, and closed upon completion
  • Signing off on job set-ups, budgets, rate tables, change management documents and job closes
  • Client cost reporting
  • Month end review, adjustments, accruals and revenue recognition
  • Maintaining work files
  • Setting up and maintaining Job Rate Table(s)
  • Ad hoc reporting requirements as necessary
  • Support OC Manager, Project Manager, and Sr. Project Accountant as required
