Job Description

ROLE
Reporting to the Commercial department, you have experience overseeing and coordinating ongoing project costs with Project Managers and other personnel to ensure all financial aspects of project execution are on track and budget. The position is responsible for analyzing management financial statements, reconciliations and ensuring corporate governance and procedures are followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Effectively communicating with Project and Commercial Managers regarding contract conditions, change orders, billing schedules, and any additional services-related to billing.
  • Oversee and assist with performing month-end activities which include but are not limited to, revenue and cost recognition, accruals, and account reconciliation.
  • Review and audit of payroll time and time entry, equipment utilization and subcontractor invoices.
