Technical Skills – 

  • Capable of identifying and mitigating safety risks , Having HIRA , SOP , JSA knowledge for all works.
  • Capable of understanding and visualizing drawing.
  • Review of Shuttering Scheme and Bar bending Schedule and advise corrections
  • Resource and Job planning – Capable of drawing out quarterly rolling plans along with resources 
  • Conversant to new technological advancements.
  • Conversant with IS codes for site execution and measurements.
  • Understanding of Quality management plans and Construction quality.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of structural erection works.

    • Behavioral Competencies- 

  • Proven record of being a good team player.
  • Quick decision making.
  • Manpower planning and management.
