Programs Manager

Job Summary: The Programs Manager will oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals. This role involves setting strategic directions, managing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve program success. Key Responsibilities: Set strategic directions for programs and ensure alignment with donor objectives. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects and programs within the organization. Manage resources and budgets across multiple projects. Conduct regular team meetings to review the different projects' status, address challenges, and provide updates. Lead grant writing, management and reporting to ensure compliance. Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to support program sustainability. Resolve issues that arise during program execution to ensure minimal disruption.
