-Prior experience within travel, hospitality,. Technology experience is required.
-Needs to be someone who has 10 years of experience in business/business operations, NOT only 10 years of working experience. If someone has 4 years of experience in Sales prior, this shouldn't be included in the "number of years of experience”
-Ideally someone who has worked in business operations within tech companies, the start up space, or very large companies that lean into innovation that have an operational component to them.
