Program/Project Management Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype initiatives with a strong AI focus. This role is critical in accelerating innovation and ensuring seamless execution across global teams, enabling successful product launches and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations

. Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives

. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, engineering, partners, and channel teams across Singapore, India, and Europe

. Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps with an AI-driven and data-informed approach
