Programmer Analyst (SQL & ETL)

Location: Columbus, OH/Chicago, IL (4 days Onsite, 1 day Remote)

Type: 3+ Months Contract to Hire

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Programmer Analyst with strong SQL and ETL skills to develop, maintain, and support critical applications. The role focuses on MS SQL Server, SSIS-based ETL processes, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
  • Build and optimize SSIS ETL workflows
  • Monitor production jobs and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Perform root cause analysis and improve system performance
  • Document processes and maintain technical knowledge base
