Programmer/Analyst 3 Education Bachelor or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level systems. Knowledge Substantial knowledge/experience working with Java 11. Knowledge/experience working with Python is a plus. Experience with Linux operating systems is required, with a familiarity with basic terminal commands. Substantial knowledge/experience working with relational database design and SQL coding. Development experience with AWS managed services, dockerized/kubernetes environments. Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and high-availability systems. Skills Must be able to communicate and attend meetings in English: reading, writing and speaking.
