Responsibilities
This role will partner the Experience Consumer Research team located in India Capability Center (ICC) to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of Sensory Consumer Experience. This role will apply technical expertise to design and program Consumer Research studies, and coordinate with in-market ICC employees, to develop clear plans for projects to be completed on-time, in-full and on-budget with proper quality controls in place.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Program Manager, Sensory and Consumer Scientist, and vendor to design and program each Consumer research study, while ensuring best practices.
- Leverage existing global EXP Consumer Research Transformation processes and protocols and implement to drive time and cost efficiencies.
