Job Summary:

The Programmer Analyst position will work as contract resources for the State of Michigan - Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supporting the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The resource will act in a developer and analyst role to provide maintenance and support for a variety of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services applications.


Required Skills:


  • years of .NET CORE or higher ( preferred) and C experience
  • years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces or Web APIs
  • years of experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements
  • years of experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website
  • years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working in Sprint Development team
  • years of experience working with GIT code repository software
