Programmer/Analyst 2

Duties of Position: (Include specific duties and responsibilities)

Design and Develop Workbooks
Installation and configuration of Rapid Response on Windows OS.
Create Data models and data mapping in APS application
Work on creation of Automation chains and alerts
Provide Excellent Customer support for both External and Internal Customers 
Monitor the missing reconciliation reports on daily basis and keep mails to the supplier for the overdue, rejected & partially accepted transactions. 
Work on the Inter company EDI support issues 
Working on the Supplier & Customer issues Trouble Tickets 

Qualifications Required: (Education, experience, skills, etc. Please be specific)
Exp : 2-5 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response and expert in Workbook Authoring, data model, data source mapping and RR Scripting
Education : B.E CS (or) B.Tech IT (or) MCA
