BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

In February 2020, Client established a partnership with Pakistans largest social safety net, the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Client. Since then, Client has been implementing the countrys most extensive nutrition-sensitive, conditional cash transfer programme – the Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP). This programme adopts a multisectoral approach to address the complex issue of malnutrition in Pakistan with a focus on stunting reduction in children under two years of age, amongst the poorest households.
