Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate programme operations, participant onboarding, and engagement activities.
  • Track participant enrolment, progress, and programme milestones.
  • Handle participant and stakeholder enquiries, providing timely support and issue resolution.
  • Provide first-line support for the programme's digital platform.
  • Coordinate programme logistics, communications, and administrative documentation.
  • Support marketing initiatives, participant communications, and engagement reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
