- A professional or post-graduate university degree, preferably in the social sciences, humanities, law, development studies, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in programme implementation, research, and project coordination within the development or human rights sector.
- Experience in independently managing projects, coordinating teams, and engaging with communities, civil society organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
