Role:  To support HLRN's programmes through research, programme implementation, field engagement, and stakeholder coordination.


Requirements
  • A professional or post-graduate university degree, preferably in the social sciences, humanities, law, development studies, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three to five years  of relevant experience in programme implementation, research, and project coordination within the development or human rights sector.
  • Experience in independently managing projects, coordinating teams, and engaging with communities, civil society organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest in issues related to housing, land, human rights, climate justice, displacement, homelessness, urban development, and related themes.
