The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or technical delivery, combined with experience in organizational change and people transformation.

To be successful as a Programme Manager you should have experience with:

  • Deep understanding of agile delivery, software development lifecycle, and engineering best practices.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering and organizational transformation.
  • Stakeholder Management as role will involve partnering with senior leadership to identify key transformation opportunities and develop actionable plans.
