The Programme Manager - Motor Vehiclesat Slough & Langley College is a leadership role responsible for managing a high-performing learning area and a team of staff while delivering 18 teaching hours per week. The role pays on the Programme Manager pay scale which is PM1 £39,291.00 up to PM7 £46,966.00 per year.
This position focuses on meeting annual KPIs, ensuring high levels of student achievement, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement through self-assessment and innovative learning methods. Key operational duties include managing day-to-day curriculum activities, conducting staff PDRs, and strategically growing both funded and commercial course offerings.
