Gender Links is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the implementation and growth of its Lesotho programmes, including media, communication, governance, and gender equality initiatives. Reporting to the Country Director, you will oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with EU-funded initiatives.

The role requires a minimum five years in NGO programme management, strong leadership and donor reporting skills, and the ability to build partnerships with government, civil society
