About the Role

Datacom is a trusted delivery partner across New Zealand and Australia, delivering complex technology outcomes for large enterprise and government organisations. We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead high‑impact Payroll Implementations spanning business, technology, and change workstreams.

In this role, you’ll lead complex Payroll Implementations from inception through to delivery, ensuring customer outcomes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, value, and performance. You’ll own programme or project scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagement across senior customer, vendor, and internal delivery groups.
