We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for a very senior, delivery-focused Programme Manager to take ownership of shaping and driving a complex change initiative.

This programme spans two key workstreams:
* A known transformation - addressing clearly identified issues
* An emerging transformation - with Business Analysts currently gathering requirements

The organisation already has strong Defence IT expertise in place. What's needed now is strategic programme leadership to turn insight into structured, executable delivery.
