Programme Management Office (Indra Team AI)

Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at Deutsche Bank. The focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, drive funded use cases into production to create value and confidence, scale across the bank, establish shared services with embedded safety for low‑cost scale, develop an AI Workbench for developers, and introduce AI controls while maintaining time to market.

This role leads the delivery of complex programmes across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality outcomes. It combines hands‑on delivery leadership with strong financial oversight, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. A key focus is driving cross‑team collaboration while embedding AI value realization within broader programme goals.
